After reading the mixed reviews, we went to this shop with an open mind. We were rewarded, because the fish and chips we bought were cooked to perfection. The butterfish was succulently melt-in-the-mouth encased in perfectly crispy batter. The chips were so perfect, every single chip. The potato cakes were the best we have ever eaten. We highly recommend, and would definitely go there again.

Have takeaway regularly..always beautifully cooked. Very generous portion usually keep half for the airfryer following day. All staff friendly and knowledgeable.

We had the crumbed hotdog, potato cake, chicken tender, chips and gravy! Was delicious…! The place was packed but the staff were still so friendly, efficient and polite. We only waited 30 minutes and it was worth it! Thanks guys!

We stopped in there yesterday (Sunday) for a 'picnic' type lunch to have by the Murray. Their chips were the BEST I think I have ever had, and that sentiment was shared by all. They were golden and crisp on the outside and white and fluffy on the inside. Salted to perfection! The chicken nuggets were cooked to a very fussy child's taste, and the hot dogs were amazing! We are considering another drive to Goolwa just to have some more chips! Well done!

The best fish and chips I’ve had in a long, long time. Perfect chips - large, very crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside. Large portion of fish, fresh and sweet, light crispy batter. Very quick and friendly service.
